Make sure your java is up to date
Download the file
extract it
run the JAR file (dA made me delete the exe file !? )

Right clicking a shimeji will delete that one shimeji

Options when right clicking computer icon

1 Add one more shimeji
2 Follow cursor
3 Delete all but one shimeji
4 Return thrown windows
5 Exit application
